Astonishing Sea View Condo Near Colonial Zone

Our experience with this VRBO was extremely disappointing. The property description and photos did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the home.From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the house was in poor condition. There were water stains on the ceilings and walls, wallpaper was peeling throughout the home, and the air conditioning units in the bedrooms had a strong moldy odor and appeared dirty and poorly maintained. The bathrooms were especially unacceptable—they were filthy and did not appear to have been properly cleaned.The condition of the property made us feel uncomfortable, and we did not feel it was a safe or sanitary place for our family to stay. We made the difficult decision to leave just minutes after arriving and had to find other accommodations.This was not the vacation rental we were promised. We would not recommend this property to anyone unless significant repairs, deep cleaning, and honest updates to the listing are made.

Please BEWARE: The apartment does not have "central" A/C. Only two small A/C units in the bedrooms. Also, it says that there's a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is only a washer, NO dryer. Be prepared for the temperature in the living room and kitchen area to exceed 100 degrees during the summer months because there is only a small (dollar tree0 fan to cool of the living room and kitchen. The host only provided my husband and I with on wash cloth for 2 weeks. I had to beg for an additional washcloth. Also, the drawers in the kitchen and bedrooms are unstable and do not provide security for personal items. This place is definitely not worth what they are asking. Just BEWARE and proceed with caution!
