Stylish Upscale Condo, Pool, Great Views, Near All

Check in was complicated and frustrating. Apartment left open, with keys and fob left on top of dining room table. Codes to lockbox would not work, has to go through security to contact caretaker to reset code to obtain keycard which would activate lights and A/C. While the property is beautiful, very centrally located and very modern for local standards, it is very poorly maintained. Walls dirty, sliding door to balcony stuck, bedroom door to master bedroom sticks on floor due to water seeping from bathroom, and curtains not properly hung. My wife had to wash the soiled linens before we used our bed. It seems the caretaker(s) are not reviewing the work of the people responsible for cleaning the place. Sent video of all our findings to one of the caretakers so they were fully aware of our findings. If the deficiencies are corrected, it would definitely be a place I would recommend or stay in again.

Great apartment, with everything you need! Positive: Had a great stay. The apartment was perfect and had everything I needed. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the WiFi worked well for remote work. Communication with the host was smooth and they were always responsive. Overall a very pleasant experience. Negative: When I arrived, actually a couple of hours later than the communicated arrival time, the maid was still inside cleaning and making the beds. It felt a little awkward to wait around. Not a huge issue though, the apartment ended up very clean, but just the timing could have been better.

The host was INCREDIBLY responsive, the place was clean & EXACTLY as photographed! There was nothing left out of the instructions & all my questions specifically were promptly answered. The views were amazing. There’s were all the normal accommodations you have at home already there! The building is in a safe & walkable area to grocery store, pharmacy & bodega! I cannot say anything negative about the property, staff, cleanliness & location! I would highly recommend this property & would stay there again!
