Edwin was very communitive always there for any questions along the way. The apartment is large with air conditioning in each bedroom and living room, The kitchen is well equipped. Other guests and owners are always friendly. Jose at the front gate is always helpful with restaurant suggestions and any questions, Fully gated safe parking for guests and deliveries. Pool is well maintained. Some building deferred maintenance is on going but not a negative.I saved over 100 for a 3 day stay that I would have paid with a 1 bedroom room at a local hotel. With the money I saved we were able to pick up dinners and cook breakfasts for a lot less then hotel options. The Aquarium Nationale is a short 2 mile Uber ride and definity a nice family outing for a few hours.
